UX Content Strategist

 

Over 7 years, I’ve helped brands attract leads to their site and move users down the funnel. Most of my work involves UX strategy, information architecture, and writing. 

I’ve ideated for Google and Netflix at an ad agency, improved KPIs on pages with millions of visitors, and written for audiences ranging from suburban homemakers to industrial engineers.

 

I love helping customers enjoy the shopping process. My favorite projects invite the user’s involvement — through personalization or creative interactions — bridging the gap between the user and the brand in some small way.

Outside of work, I like to read (see below), watch old movies, and be outside — hiking, biking, and fun things like that.
